If you do not use the /scratch folder on the Discovery Cluster please ignore this email message.

/scratch on the cluster is 84% full as shown below. If this trend continues the folder will be full and cannot be used. Most jobs that use large data will not run. Note /home has a 20GB limit per user.

/scratch is a 50TB volume and over 42TB is being used - see above.

The high usage users are shown below. While some of you have contacted us and have requested temporary large usage till alternatives are worked out, I strongly urge all users - especially ones below to PLEASE go through their data on /scratch and rsync out or delete what they do not need.
