Hi all:
There's still time to apply for the Leventhal Map & Education Center's two new programs supporting researchers and designers working on geography and cartography:
The Small Grants for Early Career Digital Publications offers a $1200 stipend and technical support for a digital publication on a cartographic or geographic topic which will be featured in the LMEC’s digital platforms. Grantees are not required to work in person in Boston. Applications are open through October 24, 2022.
The Designer-in-Residence fellowship supports cartographers, visual designers, and others creating visual material with a geographic or cartographic theme. Residents receive $7000 and work with Center staff during a four-week residency. Applications are open through November 27, 2022.
