Hi Everyone,

 

After the Coeus application migration to the new server is completed next week (1/15/2021), users will need to clear their web cache. Here are the instructions on how to do this:

 

Google Chrome:

 

  1. Go to https://coeus-web.neu.edu/epaws/login and select the not secure message on the address bar:

 

 

  1. Go to site settings:

 

  1. Select clear data and then clear data:

 

 

For Firefox:

 

  1. Go to https://coeus-web.neu.edu/epaws/login and click on the security icon. Then select clear cookies and site data:

 

For those of you who use Coeus premium, you will also have to clear your Java cache. Here are the instructions on how to do so:

 

  1. Search for Java on your computer. Select configure Java:

 

  1. Select the general tab and select settings:

 

  1. Then select delete files:

 

  1. Delete trace and log files and cached applications and applets:
