Hello RCN-ECS!

I am reaching out to advertise a new lecture series on temporal genomics. The series is being put together by the Temporal Genomics working group, which is funded by the RCN-ECS to review best practices in population genomics with temporal samples. The seminars aim to present a variety of topics relevant to temporal genomics and highlight both prominent and early-career scientists in the field.

We will be hosting the seminar series this spring & summer on a bi-weekly basis (every other Thursday from 11-12 AM Eastern US time). Our first talk is at 11 AM EDT, next Thursday, March 25. Dr. Deborah Leigh will be giving a presentation titled "Estimated six percent loss of genetic variation in wild populations since the industrial revolution."

For more information on the seminar series, and to register for talks, please visit our website: https://tempgenomics-rcn.github.io/website/.

Best,
René Clark
