Instructional Technologist

Instructional Technologists facilitate the use of digital tools and methods in teaching, learning, and research via expert consulting, support, and direct implementation. They are actively engaged with both the technology and instructional support communities at Harvard and beyond; they expand and evolve their expertise in new digital tools, methods, and approaches as needed; and they develop strong working relationships with faculty, teaching staff, and instructional support and administrative colleagues. They help faculty, staff, and students make effective use of Harvard’s vast resources, technology and otherwise, by developing and maintaining a strong understanding of instructional and technological support and other services.
