Starting January 2019 we will be implementing a monthly outage for maintenance on the first Monday of every month.

The purpose of the outage is for maintenance that requires a downtime.

The next maintenance window will be on Monday, January 7th 8-12pm

A reservation is in place so that no jobs that cannot finish before the start time of the reservation will be launched.

 

Please note that if you use partitions with no time limit, a default time limit of 15 days was put on those.  This means that unless you specify the time you require to run a job with the --time parameter, the maximum time the job would be allowed to run for is 15 days.

This was done to ensure that jobs submitted to those partitions will be scheduled.

After December 22^nd you would need to manually specify a shorter time limit in order for the jobs to be scheduled.

 

After January 7^th all other partitions will have a default time limit of 8hrs with the 24hr maximum time still in place.    This will be done to ensure faster scheduling of jobs.

(if you think your job requires more time than 8hrs, please use the --time parameter)
