Dear Discovery Users,
On Sunday March 11th at noon, a configuration change will be made to the ser-par-10g-5 partition – the # of cores will be set from 56 to 28, in keeping with the actual physical core count of the
nodes in that partition. We are making this change to help make more efficient use of full node configurations on this partition, and maximize the impact of your research programs.
In preparation, we will be draining the partition starting noon tomorrow Saturday March 10th – new jobs will not be processed until the change is made on Sunday March 11th.
If you are a user of this partition, please note the upcoming change, and make the appropriate changes to your SLURM scripts.
Please reach out to
[log in to unmask] if you have any questions.
Best regards,
Rajiv
