The Massachusetts Historical Society is hosting its first Digital Humanities Seminar this coming Monday (October 22), at 1154 Boylston Street, at 5:15 p.m.
Joseph M. Adelman, Liz Covart, Karin Wulf will be here from from the Omohundro Institute in Virginia to talk about the OI digital history initiatives, focusing specifically on the podcast series Doing History: To the Revolution. The seminar will explore Episode 130, "Paul Revere's Ride through History," and the ways the topic was constructed through narrative and audio effects, as well as the content in the complementary reader app (including materials from the MHS).
